CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit and Payment
- A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
- A deposit of 35% of the total reservation amount is required upon booking, even for reservations made by a client on behalf of other guests.
- The remaining balance will be charged upon the guest's arrival.
- A booking fee of $3.98 + taxes applies to each accommodation rented.
- A fee of $3.98 + taxes per month applies in case of late payment.
- A fee of $3.98 + taxes applies for any additional payment.
It is the client's responsibility to:
- Review the establishment's regulations, available at www.portdeplaisance.ca, before proceeding with the booking and payment.
- Verify the accuracy of their booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund
- 14 days or more before the start of the stay: Full refund of the 35% deposit.
- Less than 14 days but more than 48 hours before the start of the stay: No refund of the 35% deposit.
- 48 hours or less before the start of the stay: Full payment for the entire stay is required.
- If the stay is shortened, no refund will be issued for any reason.
- In the event of death or hospitalization, the 35% deposit may be refunded at any time upon presentation of supporting documentation.
- A fee of $5.25 + taxes applies to all cancellation requests.
- Booking fees of $3.98 + taxes are non-refundable at all times.
Stay Modification:
Modification requests are accepted 48 hours or more before the start of the stay, subject to availability and the following three (3) conditions:
- The request concerns the same accommodation category;
- The request applies to the same activity season;
- The request is made by and for the same reservation holder.
A fee of $5.25 + taxes applies to all modification requests.
It is strictly prohibited to transfer a reservation, rent, or sublet the accommodation to a third party.
